Soft and silky brioche pudding with swirls of chocolate and bright strawberries.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Hull and slice strawberries. Cube brioche bread.
Spray four 8 oz. ramekins or one 8x8 baking pan with non-stick spray.
Whisk milk, cream, cornstarch, granulated sugar, egg, lemon juice, and vanilla together in a large bowl.
Gently mix in bread cubes until they are coated with custard mix.
Fold in sliced berries until just mixed.
Pour pudding mixture into ramekins or baking pan.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
Remove from oven and cool for 10-15 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together until smooth. If too thick add a small amount of milk. If too thin, add a small amount of powdered sugar. Pour over bread pudding after it has cooled. Drizzle chocolate sauce/syrup over the glazed puddings.
